I had a minor repair to my garage door. Anthony came out first thing this morning and could not have been more polite and professional. He explained the problem, and exactly what needed to be corrected. Thank you for the excellent service.

Scam of a company. Tech told my mother that her "garage door was too heavy". Given the fact that my mother, a woman in her 70's, can lift it by hand, that's blatantly false. Plus, that's what springs are for. Also told my mother that the front idler sprocket is wrong and quoted $75 + $150 for labor for the part. The part is $7.90 plus shipping on the manufacturer's web store (after getting the exact part number from the manufacturer). I already replaced the same front idler when it came off in about 15 minutes.
In the end, they charged a $69 fee to assess the problem and try to scam an elderly female with inflated costs, unnecessary expenses, and misdiagnosis.
The correct part to replace is $14.32. I'll probably throw on a replacement chain too just to be sure later next week. If you want, I can train your technicians to diagnose and replace this part. It'll cost you $150 for my time and expertise.
