Despite having a positive experience with Greg and the team, I was disappointed that the company refused to install the system. They noted the condition of my roof, and suggested it needs complete replacement. I could’ve done a patch and paint, which is standard in the roofing industry, and accepted all liability with the roof, but that wasn’t an option. I was surprised by my experience, given the otherwise positive reviews. I wanted to share my experience so that others would have additional context.
