    Very unprofessional! Scheduled times for boiler services and technicians never arrived! This happened twice. Horrible communication and transparency. Avoid them and save yourself the trouble.

    The crew from Brooklyn Queens HVAC were very efficient and punctual. To have my boiler break down in the middle of winter seemed like a nightmare and I had a hard time finding someone to come out and get the job done but these guys were on it as soon as I called. They were very knowledgeable able about the work that they do and were able to educate me about how to maintain my new boiler. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone for their HVAC or heating system needs.

    I am so impressed with the quality and speed of service provided by the team of Brooklyn Queens HVAC. I called yesterday and they had available service person for today. They fixed one boiler and replaced another boiler in half day. Didn't have to worry about no heat for another day. Thanks to Tony, Tony, and the rest of the team.
