I called yesterday and they had available service person for today. They fixed one boiler and replaced another boiler in half day. Didn't have to worry about no heat for another day. Thanks to Tony, Tony, and the rest of the team.

This boiler does not want to stay on and we’ve been calling for service ever year since 2022. We’re now in 2025, I’m afraid the boiler is going to catch on fire, and Tony is ignoring my texts and calls, his office receptionist is lying to me about scheduling service for me and nobody showing up. At this point, we’re going to the news, the police, and the lawyers to get this problem resolved. There’s a part that was supposed to be installed since 2022 that has STILL yet to be installed. We need a replacement boiler or a refund. What we’ve been dealing with is unacceptable.
