  We couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC system! Nick and his entire team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Our home is already more comfortable, and the whole process felt stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much

  I really didn't want to leave a bad review with them but I feel like its the only way to get their attention. I had them install 5 ductless units 2 years ago, spent over $20,000. I've contacted them numerous times because to set up yearly maintenance that were apart of my CONTRACT. "12 Years Parts Warranty On Installed Equipment and 4 Year Labor Warranty On Installed Equipment. I've brushed it off until now, I'm having issues with two of the units pumps. I also found on my roof that the copper tubbing was never covered properly on my roof, as per NYC ECC C403.11.3.1 (2020).

  Nick was very professional with fixing our heater unit. He knows his job very well, explained everything clearly, and within a few hours he got us a new part and our furnace was fixed. He was very calm, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend!

  I was so impressed with Classic Home Services. Nick Fulciniti quickly diagnosed why the pilot light on our furnace would not light. Then he replaced the thermocouple. As he did so he taught me the physics of how a thermocouple transforms heat into an electrical signal. It was great to understand how and why the repair worked. Nick’s a great teacher. He’s also upbeat and warm and funny. He had gone out of his way to accommodate us because we had no heat in a cold wave, and managed to get the work done fast inside the narrow window of time we had due to an important followup with a surgeon. The price was fair. When I asked if I could make a yearly service agreement with Classic, Nick set me up. I give this company my highest recommendation.
