  I had a great experience with the boiler and furnace service. The technician was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure both the boiler and furnace were running efficiently and safely before leaving. I really appreciated their attention to detail and cleanliness—they left the work area spotless. It’s reassuring to know the system is in good condition. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and thorough heating maintenance.

  We were delighted and appreciative for the fast, professional and courteous service received my You & Us! Julian, Ramsey, Oshane and Naj were super efficient in helping my family restore heat to our home. We literally called on Friday afternoon and had a brand new, efficiency-saving boiler unit fully installed on Saturday. We highly recommend You & Us for your heating and cooling needs. ❤️

  The blizzard was on its way in NYC on 2.22.2026.. Julian showed up eventhough he knew it was a Sunday , he didn't stop until the boiler started working again!! Thank you Julian

  Furnace gave out during one of the coldest days and a snow storm and Julian company was the only one who answered their phone but also came out, very quickly, during the storm to help fix the Furnace. They also stayed almost all day installing a new Furnace and continue to help us with our pipes, since some did freeze during the time the old Furnace went down, until everything was fixed. Very fair pricing and answered any questions we had. They have gained themselves new customers as I cant see myself working with anyone else.
