We further researched the company and liked what we saw: long, established history, excellent reviews, beautiful jobs completed. We signed the contract with Fort-Cica after Anthony came to take precise measurements and to describe how the job would unfold. Anthony was terrific—a consummate professional. In fact, everybody we interacted with was wonderful: courteous, professional, and responsive. The installers arrived on time. Saul and Robbie were super efficient, and they cleaned everything before leaving. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service, pricing, product (Velux Skylight brand), and installation. Highest recommendation goes to Fort-Cica in the NYC area. Also, many thanks to Gloria for her prompt attention to all of our questions and needs.
- NJNaresh JessaniFeb 2, 20195.0This company is great but they should get payment collection into the modern age. ..i.e. no Credit Card , no Zelle, no Paypal...send the check in the mail. They installed 4 skylights --perfect job and I hired them a few years later to apply a new coating on the roof. Two Kudos:(1) it required 2 coats and the second day it had been drizzling and they came with a blower and 45 minutes later, they knocked on my door and said "no go, we'll come back tomorrow"...costing them profit but getting the job done right and (2) Two weeks later the FDNY inspected my roof and said "nice job...very neat and professional"
