  LOTI contracting did a renovation earlier this year, and we had a fantastic experience. Ronan spent an hour reviewing our house for a quote before we even signed him on. His quote was thorough and competitively priced. He has a designer available that’s included in your rate. We also used his architect, but you can use your own if preferred. Ronan also comes to the table with a suite of contractor recommendations for additional work (floors, HVAC, etc.) if necessary. He manages all the communications, which makes it simple and easier on the homeowner. They renovated our kitchen, a bathroom, and knocked down and rebuilt some walls to create a new master bedroom/bathroom. Ronan and his whole team, Simon, Ben, and Luis, are all around great. After having the team in our house for several months, they proved to be talented craftsmen, trustworthy, and overall good people. Renovating can be a stressful experience, but his team was fun to have around and made it an easier experience. Ronan was good with communication (call or text) and documenting work via email along the way. He was also good with overcoming challenges uncovered after demo and being flexible with adding in additional work later in the process. Highly recommend LOTI!

  I love my new basement. Ronan and his team did a wonderful job. I couldn’t stand my old, uncomfortable basement any longer, with a very impractical laundry, and I’m glad I reached out to Loti Contracting. The crew always left everything clean, and they were very nice people to chit chat with. Highly recommend for the professionalism, care and quality of their work.

  Ronan and his crew at LOTI did a fantastic job installing our new kitchen floor. They also did our son and daughter-in-law's kitchen, with beautiful results. Local, responsive, solution-oriented. We are hiring them to do basement work shortly. Highly recommend.

  Outstanding contractor company. The workers were always on time , neat and professional. Each worker was a top notch craftsman in their respective field. Could not have asked for a better and stress free experience.
