  Awful customer service. They told me they would come yesterday but never did. I left a voicemail and the guy who called me back was not just unapologetic but downright rude, telling me that I must have spoken to a different company and that I was wrong because his ticket said we were scheduled for Thursday or Friday (“Do you want me to read it to you?”). I told him I don’t really care what the ticket says when I was told they would come on Tuesday, he then told me to find someone else and hung up on me. Ridiculously poor service. Btw this was the second time I called them about the same issue. The first time round they simply changed out the water filter in the house which clearly didn’t fix the problem with the well. Should never have called them a second time - lesson learned. Take your business somewhere else!

  The Beal team has always been solid and went beyond expectations when our pump failed at a very inconvenient time for both us and their team - it was the Friday after Christmas. We felt so bad about having to reach out given the holidays, but they still came through for us, Thank you!

  I lost water in the middle of the night on Friday. Called first thing Saturday morning, got an immediate call back, and within 2 hours had someone at my house (Chris) to figure out what the problem was, educated me along the way, and got it fixed right away. Couldn’t be more grateful to these guys for taking care of my issue so promptly and making sure my family had water through the weekend!

  Had no well water on November 28,2025 and called them. Spoke to Mr. Beal and told him I thought it was our pump which was installed by them as well as the well. Came within 1 1/2 hours and Jake did a great job with new installation and found out the pump was 38 years old!

  I have been with Beal for over 40 years, 5 houses, and as many wells. Every time I have had a well issue (including drilling a new well), Beal has been there with professional, quality, service. Not the cheapest, but certainly the BEST.
