  My A/C system was damaged over the winter. I called Beluga and Tony came out immediately to assess the situation. He was knowledgeable and personable and explained how they suggested handling the problem. They quickly set up an appointment for the repairs and work was completed in one day as promised. Now that the warm weather has arrived, I can say the system is functioning perfectly.

  The job from start to finish was amazing, the salesman was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, the owner came out to “double check” the job and was very helpful and great to talk to……all the installers were amazing, a quick clean and professional job, couldn’t be happier with the job they did, would highly recommend them for ductless ac like we had put in! 👍🙏

  Jack came over to my store and fixed the issue I had with the boiler, he had fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved, highly recommend everyone to use Beluga

  Very professional servicemen. Not only do they explain what’s going on and what they’re doing, but they also show you. They walked me through what needed to be done, and if they didn’t have the equipment that they needed to complete the service they actually sent another technician with the product to be able to complete the job. They are very reasonable in pricing and I highly recommend them.

  Had a less-than stellar experience with another company so I asked the guys that deliver my heating oil for a recommendation. They recommended Beluga, so I gave them a shot and they delivered. I needed my fill alarm whistle on my oil tank replaced, and a blowout of the line. The first place I called didn't seem to care much; I had to call several times just to get a service date set up. They didn't seem to care or understand the problem I explained to them. They just showed up, said they couldn't fix it that day and told me to call back. Useless. Beluga was the opposite. I was greeted by a friendly rep on the first call and get an appointment set up right away. He took notes on the issue and passed them along to his technical team. Here's where the big difference was - I actually got a call from an experienced tech who knew which questions to ask to figure out exactly what I needed. They then sent two knowledgeable techs who were well prepared, personable, and thoroughly answered all of my questions before during and after they did the work. They were efficient and finished much earlier than anticipated, which also kept my cost below quote. Great experience, will definitely call them again if/when I have more heating/cooling needs.
