  What great service I called a voice on the telephone unknown to any one and Andrew was most helpful and he understand what I needed ( which of course I did not) it is a pleasure to deal with such a nice guy and it makes me a windowrama client for life JJ Gonzalez

  I worked with Wayne Lynch from this branch and had a wonderful experience installing my own Andersen windows. He was extremely knowledgeable during the ordering process since we were replacing all of our windows ourselves. After the delivery and during install he was still very responsive to any issues we had, including some hardware swaps which was exchanged at our local store free of charge, and even helped with a service request after one of our new windows was broken. Highly recommend working with Wayne and Windowrama for an Andersen window purchase.

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew Rodriguez from Post Sales Service Associate, this morning. I had an a small issue where the lever from the blinds fell off the track. He not only gave the resources to fix it, but walked me through step by step and stayed with me on the phone until it was done. The windows and sliding glass doors are amazing. But I value and appreciate the amazing customer service I was given to fix the issue. Andrew is an important asset to your team and he was incredibly helpful! Thank you Andrew!

  We love our windows they came here. They did a good job And we really recommend them !!!! They are really nice and professional so if you need windows go through them !!!!

  Oh man do I wish I read some reviews before trusting Windowrama to install a new window in a nursery for my baby. Where to start, Shawn the sales rep came to give us a quote, we very explicitly wanted a full frame replacement of our old window. We discussed cost and how it would be a more expensive option. We agreed, and upon installation day, the install took no more than 1.5 hours where they took the old window out and put in a smaller than discussed window and did not remove the old frame. The worst part is the whole team, Jada (office girl), Shawn (sales), some Project manager assigned (never came day of job) and the whole senior management lied about and changed the upon work without discussing with me after a written contract was signed. When I reached out for a refund on the horrendous service, the entire company goes dark with no communication. Please take this as a warning to stay far clear!!!
