  Power Pro installed a backup generator on our home, and we are absolutely floored by the wonderful experience we had with them. From our first contact with the company, each and every person that visited our home was professional, polite, helpful and friendly. We've done many home improvement projects through the years, and this was without a doubt the easiest, and most trouble free job we've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  I can't tell you how professional the team at PowerPro Generators have been both BEFORE the installation and AFTER the installation. My 38KW generator was installed in May 2021 and they have been so responsive to every scheduled service call. The pricing is very reasonable for the totally professional service they deliver. I am one VERY SATISFIED customer

  Don't be fooled by the fake Google reviews like I was , their Houzz and Yelp score ranging from 1-2.5 is far more accurate . This is a fraudulent company. I hired them to install a generax generator for me. The electric cost was extremely high considering I did not need any electric run or switch panel installed but Fred told me it was going to be 2 days of work. The electricians were on site for maybe 4 hours . They parked their trucks on my brand new sod without permission, walked through my entire home with their shoes on, yelled commands at me multiple times while I was in the middle of a work Zooms, and weee all around disrespectful. The worst of it is that Fred never estimated a $2500 propane charge in order to make the generator functional. I only received this portion of the estimate after the generator was otherwise installed and I had paid 90%. He told my husband and I multiple times that all the propane company needed to do was the final connection which would be a few hundred dollars . This feels like it was an intentional omission as this was not their first rodeo. They also push their financing option a disturbing amount , clearly they are incentivized to do so. I have been asking to be put in touch with management for a week but I keep being told the owner is sailing on his boat so can't call me. Does that sound insane to anyone else ? Beware beware beware !!!

  This company has maintained and serviced our whole house generator for a couple of years now. They give us regular maintenance are always on time for appointments and keep our Generator working at peak performance. I would highly recommend this company for all your Generator Service needs.

  I could not let the weekend begin without offering accolades to the team of individuals referenced above. It was impressive to see them worked seamlessly to accomplish the multiple services needed in order to get my father’s Kohler Generator running again. Personally, I have owned 4 different houses in 3 different states over the course of my 36 years of marriage and have interacted with numerous companies to arrange for services to repair, replace, or install features that support the systems of each house. When I offered to assist my father in contracting an entity to get his Kohler generator running for the sale of his home, I first searched the BBB site. I found PowerPro Service Company, Inc. was listed with an A+ rating. I created a short list of A+ companies and set out to begin to make calls, figuring that I would feel out each company and then select the one that best suited the needs of the job and of my timetable. I called PowerPro Service Company, Inc. first and in short order realized that there was no need to seek any further. The adage: "You never get a second chance to make a good first impression" is true and Rick Rizzo, the Customer Service Supervisor, clearly understands how important that is in successful business interactions. From my initial call to the office, he educated me on the process that needed to occur to achieve the goal of getting the generator running again. My generator situation required a multi-layered repair. Rick Rizzo drew on the talents of several individuals within the PowerPro Service Company: Andrew Pignataro was “boots on the ground” here along with Chris Salamone, they were also in communication with TJ Groening their supervisor at your “home base”. TJ also interacted with Tom Thomas of Roslyn Electric, as Rick Rizzo brought them onboard to do another aspect of our job that required the expertise of a certified electrician. Tom Thomas and James Florie accomplished the electric repair work required 2 days prior to Andrew and Chris’ return to install the expedited parts. We weren’t even sure when the parts were going to arrive and were hoping for the best, so Tom Thomas and James Florie’s proactive work allowed for Andrew and Chris to do the installation sooner than expected as the expedited parts came in unbelievably early! At every juncture Rick Rizzo kept me abreast of what was needed and how PowerPro Service Company was addressing it. He even explained that he would be out for a few days during the week of the final repair work but told me that he would make sure that my job and the details of what needed to be accomplished once the ordered parts arrived would move forward even if that were to happen while he was out. From May 29th till June 5th all the individuals identified here treated my father’s home and our situation with professionalism and empathy. It was an impressive demonstration of knowledge, skill and “open communication” that made me feel confident in the work being done. I felt valued not just as a customer, but as a human being. I could not have asked for a better outcome to our situation. It is true that "You never get a second chance to make a good first impression". It is also true that "First impressions" followed-up with quality service create Lasting Good Impressions, and that is what this team has done! They have created a lasting outstanding impression! I have already recommended this company to our realtor as she surely recommends contractors for jobs within the purview of her industry. I will also leave for the new homeowner the contact information. On behalf of my father, I thank the men listed above for all the reasons stated and wish them and PowerPro Service Company, Inc. prosperity professionally and personally.
