- MMMareSep 30, 20221.0This company must be doing very well. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago. Marc scheduled an appointment to come give us a quote. The day came and went and he never showed up. I actually reached back out to him to see if he wanted to reschedule. He said yes and that he was stuck in the Hamptons. He never scheduled another day/time. Just left us hanging. I called the main number and asked for someone other than Marc to please come give us a quote (don’t ask me why I’d ever beg for their business) and they said someone would contact me. Sadly….nothing! So again, they must be doing very well. I’ll certainly give up trying at this point considering there are plenty more companies out there who would actually appreciate our business.

He didn't spend the entire night at our house like a few other companies did! However, he was great at breaking down our costs and the products. Once the construction began, the foreman on the job Gerry was amazing. We had a minor issue with one part of the construction phase but the problem was immediately rectified. No questions asked. The work was great, the crew were polite, worked quickly and the company overall did fantastic work. Fantastic siding lroduct. Our next door neighbor, who was looking to do similar work, ended up sitting with Phil as well and also going with King Quality. I would highly recommend King Quality to any of my neighbors in the future. I would also call Phil again if we needed additional work on our house. A great experience overall. And affordable as well. Best price for the quality. Name says it all.
