Matt and his crew were second to none! The work was performed in one day...Neat, clean, knowledgeable, friendly are understatements. The proof as I write this in mid-November 2025 is the unit is fantastic yet efficient. They stand behind their work - question is why go anywhere else? Great job J S P&H!!!

I hired another technician instead, who replaced the circulation pump—but the error didn’t go away. After checking again, he said the PCB board needed replacement. Navien later told me they wouldn’t cover the new board because it had turned yellow from what they said was a faulty exhaust installation.
