John was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He spent the time to make sure I fully understood what I was getting and even spent nearly an hour on the phone with PSEG confirming rebate eligibility. Three other companies told me I qualified for a rebate—John correctly said I did not, and PSEG confirmed it. That honesty alone set Gen-Air apart. The installation was done exceptionally well. Brian, the lead installer, went above and beyond and handled everything with care and professionalism. After the install, I had an issue with the outdoor unit. Jen-Air responded within minutes, worked directly with the manufacturer, and resolved it quickly and painlessly. I can’t recommend Jen-Air enough. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience from start to finish.

He was having a meltdown and I can only describe it as Roid Rage.. he was speeding, driving erratically and being overly aggressive. lots of schools buses on the road and kids around waiting. This isn't a good look when he's behaving in such a poor manner with your company name all over the van. i encourage people to look elsewhere for HVAC services based on the behavior the man driving should not be allowed in peoples homes with the kind of uncontrolled aggression.

He always got back to us to answer all our questions. A true gentleman. On the day of installation, Will, Jason, Brian, and Flavio showed up on time and did a fabulous job. They were well mannered, respectful, immaculate and worked their tails off on an extremely hot day. They answered all our questions and worked from 9-7 in the heat to get the job done- no rushing. This was such a great experience and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Jen-Air. Thank you to the team:)
