Gavin came and thoroughly checked my furnace and diagnosed the probable causes of issues I was having with my furnace. He walked me through each step and explained and showed me what the problems were. I’m very pleased with the service, as always.

Slight miscommunication but I am so glad I had it replaced. One less worry! Rick, you have been very attentive and considerate. Jerome was pleasant and a hard worker, who got down to his tasks right away with no breaks. Thank you!

The Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I am happy with the repair and happy with the Plumber. My only concern is with the cost. The actual repair was a rather minor one. I kinda gasped when he gave me the estimate of $500+. Perhaps consider lowering your truck fee to like $25 - $50. I’m not just thinking about myself here. I am also thinking of the little old lady that only has Social Security trying to pay for a repair like this.

They don’t tell you this but apparently it is $225 on top of their $109 service fee for them to call a water heater company of a water heater they put in under warranty. Will not be using them again. They also damaged my brand new water heater when they installed it by dropping it down my basement stairs. They never let us know either. We heard the loud noise then noticed a huge dent on the back of the unit when we started to have problems with it. The unit isn’t even 3 years old!

I have used their plumbers multiple times and they were always professional, efficient and the prices were reasonable. However I used their electrician two weeks ago and it was a horrible experience. My smoke detectors were intermittently going off. An electrician came and said he identified the issue. He then said he would be charging $184/hour and asked if I would be ok with that. He said I will need to change all 10 of my smoke detectors in the house. He said he will buy the equipment from Lowe’s and charge for 3 hours of labor. I said yes and signed the contract. However, when they left, I was billed $2000 for 3 hours of work. Furthermore, after they left, the fire alarms/smoke detectors started beeping again so the problem wasn’t even resolved. I called the company number and asked to speak to a manager about the bill. I left numerous voicemails and every agent on the phone said they will pass the message on for someone to call me back but no one ever did for almost two weeks. Finally, a manager called back and said the bill was accurate because the electrician marked up the price of the smoke detector from $40 each to $110 each AND they charged for labor to install the new smoke detectors ON TOP of the $184/hour charge. So the total bill was $2000! When I disputed the charge, the manager said there was nothing he could do about it. Beware, they only care about your money.
