Yes he introduced herself in what he would be doing very polite Manner man yes he came and noticed me that he was turning my water off Turn it down to he was finished with the water tank I informed him that I wasn’t gonna be home most of the day I told him if ge need a drink I had water Dispensers and left him. Glass on my counter top. When Jerome was finished with the water tank he explained everything on the tank showed me where he put the directions that’s on a slot Everything’s done he cut the water on in my kitchen to make sure there was no air bubbles and I went and cut the sink on in the bathroom as well very much pleased with his job

He was also appalled at the lack of accurate information fom Rochester office to the local office specifically not ordering a filter for my furnace to complete the maintenance job. So now I have to once again schedule another time for him to finish the job completely. 3 years in a row! Livid with the main office incompetence, rudeness and lack of professional service.
