  Showed up right on time, was positive and polite, got right to work, and completed the job efficiently! I bought a new furnace last year, he came to inspect it a year later, to be sure all was working well (no charge for visit) He identified a part that was faulty and had it replaced quickly. Can't ask for anything more.

  Isaac was SUPER FAST responding and Anthony was TOP-NOTCH! Discovering we had NO water last night was not a good way to start the weekend. Anthony was out first thing this morning, and even after discovering that the issue was not something Isaac can do (bad well pump), he worked with us to recommend local business. He went out of his way to make absolute certain that the problem was not in the house. We have worked with Isaac for years with our HVAC and will continue to call on them and refer friends to them.

  I called in October because my furnace wasn't lighting properly and I had to keep hitting the reset till it would stat lit. I was told no one could come out till November 5th. So I broke out the electric heaters. I was told it was a $150.00 service charge, I said fine and I assumed any materials needed would be added on. NOPE, with tax it was $170.00 just to have him come through the door. Look at it a few minutes and tell me he thinks it just needs to be cleaned then gives me a quote for a total of $399.00 for the cleaning. So, if there is anything more than a cleaning, because he only thinks it just needs cleaned, then that cost will be added too. No thanks. I don't think that's reasonable at all. Especially when the site has free estimate. My estimate cost me $170.00

  Zander amazed me with his perseverance determination and professional ability as he repaired our faulty oil burning furnace. He had to drive a very long way to a remote hunting cabin in the rural southern tier of NY, find it in the dark and enter and find the furnace by himself, as we were not able to meet in person. Zander went above and beyond with his communication with our group, as cell phone service was only available outside of the cabin well into the back yard. NYS deer opener is next weekend and we will now have a group of 10 cousins and friends enjoying a warm and comfortable week instead of a cold and damp miserable day or two. Zander deserves the highest grades possible and has our heart felt thanks for his efficient and honest service.

  I recently had an Isaac’s HVAC technician come out to my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and cared about doing the job right. On top of that, he was kind, respectful, and genuinely easy to talk to. It’s not often you run into service professionals who are both skilled and personable, but he absolutely was. I’ll definitely be using Isaac’s again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
