- RDRick DeSalvoJan 3, 20261.0After digesting what I was told by an Isaac tech who said my repair would be around $3500 AND your Sales person quoting a price of $15,000 for a not complete new unit, I decided to call my original installer, who had to temporarily end his business due to very serious back issues. He decided he would come to our house with the one part I needed. He installed the needed part in less than ten minutes and charged me literally next to nothing for the repair! Now we have wonderful heat and all is functioning well. My recommendation to Isaac would be to have all their employees were masks when they show up at your house (like the one the Lone Ranger used to wear)!!!!!!
