Triple-O is a family-run business, established in 2003 by current president and owner Luke Giannone. We are upstate New York's premier heating, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical company for residential and commercial application. We are a one-stop shop for quality service.
We have highly skilled and trained technicians on call 24 hours to provide our customers with immediate emergency service at anytime if needed. We take pride in what we do, and promise to do our absolute best for each and every one of our customers. We are not a sales or commission driven company, and we believe in being honest and educating our customers when it comes to repair or replacement, so that they can make educated decisions for themselves.

What began with the gas going out on a 1957 ended up with the installation of a brand new spanking high energy furnace (my choice). My reasoning on the furnace was it would pay for itself and would be less of headache for the next family that owns the house. I went willingly into the "membership" plan figuring I would end up saving money with "free" service and 15% off on the new furnace. In this regard, I made out like a bandit. From Tuesday through Friday, I met five guys from Triple O, all who were courteous and went out of their way to answer my questions. I was also impressed with how the guys documented their work. I am ready to suggest Triple O to my friends and aquaintances! Great job, Triple O.

We had a power outage, and unfortunately, the system of 1.5 yrs was damaged beyond repair, and a new system is currently being installed. The only trouble I have would be with an item with billing, if my understanding is correct, there's a "commercial fee" added - if equipment serviced is in a rental, there's an additional $130 vs no additional fee if that same piece of equipment is in my personal house a mile from my rental.
