Triple-O is a family-run business, established in 2003 by current president and owner Luke Giannone. We are upstate New York's premier heating, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical company for residential and commercial application. We are a one-stop shop for quality service.
We have highly skilled and trained technicians on call 24 hours to provide our customers with immediate emergency service at anytime if needed. We take pride in what we do, and promise to do our absolute best for each and every one of our customers. We are not a sales or commission driven company, and we believe in being honest and educating our customers when it comes to repair or replacement, so that they can make educated decisions for themselves.

I just had the rug professionally cleaned and now have had to scrub all the spots of mud they left behind. I recommend they take the time to wear booties when they do work in peoples houses.

Triple O was at our door less than two hours later. Don and Ezra were very friendly, eager to help out and to communicate about the issue. They worked fast and efficiently to fix multiple outlets and solve a dead neutral. Our bill was completely reasonable and probably a lot less than we would have paid going to someone else. We can't recommend this team enough. Thank you!

Then the tech didn't even show up until 5:30. Again, I don't blame him - I think he was great, I just wish that their front office did a better job with the logistics. Service tech gets 5 starts. Front office/scheduling gets 3 stars EDIT: Talked to customer service. They seem helpful, and hopefully will address the issue. I'm updating the overall score to 5 stars since they told me that their platform attaches the review to the service tech, and I don't want to put that on him.
