Triple-O is a family-run business, established in 2003 by current president and owner Luke Giannone. We are upstate New York's premier heating, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical company for residential and commercial application. We are a one-stop shop for quality service.
We have highly skilled and trained technicians on call 24 hours to provide our customers with immediate emergency service at anytime if needed. We take pride in what we do, and promise to do our absolute best for each and every one of our customers. We are not a sales or commission driven company, and we believe in being honest and educating our customers when it comes to repair or replacement, so that they can make educated decisions for themselves.

- TBTony B5 days ago1.0Called this company in 2025 to remove an overhead radiant tube heater in my auto repair shop. Two very young, inexperienced techs showed up… looked like they had no idea what they were doing. I was supposed to get a quote for removal, never got one. Called back asking on status was told they were working on it… it’s okay, I removed the heater myself. Don’t recommend whatsover !
- JFJ Fish5 days ago5.0I just wanted to share my deepest thanks for Triple O's excellent service installing 2 AC units in July as well as a brand new efficient Heating Gas Furnace. I called for an estimate and Josh came right away and explained exactly what I needed. Based on my 35 year old furnace, he suggested the best option for me and included installation of a new thermostat. I told him is there was any way we could have it installed the next day due to no heat, and even though they were booked, Derick called and scheduled the install 9:00 AM next day. Beandon and James came and worked all day, and did an outstanding job. Later that night we noticed the Heat was not turning off, and I called Triple O. Brandon returned that night in his own vehicle and tools to investigate. This was due to my wiring and he did a quick tempory fix to resolve, and Brandon and James came back the following morning and fixed the wiring issue, and the furnace and thermostat is working perfectly. I callled Triple O for my furnace as they did such a Great job installing 2 A/C units we had that were old and not cooling. I will always call upon Triple O for any other needs ( Hopefully not as I have all new units) Triple O along with Brandon and James definenetly went above and beyond with excellent and quick turnaround service needs and they were the most professional Installers I have worked with and definently went above and beyond my expections. Thank You for your excellent service

Kyle was great, professional and gave me some advice, that I asked for, in a separate electrical situation. He also figured out, what we believe, the root cause of the problem was fairly quickly. Things are back on and running. Honestly, couldn’t have been a better visit. Thanks evryone at Triple0 for the always being there. FYI folks, we got our furnace, ac, water heater and needed plumbing work all from this company... EVERY TIME they came through and rocked it.
- FJFred Dievendorf JrJan 7, 20265.0I was told on New Years eve I had a frozen pipe on the upper zone of my 3 zone boiler. I was told that zone was isolated, but when it burst that evening, the water wouldn't stop! I couldn't reach anyone New Years Day until I tried Triple-O. They got someone out at 10:30 PM. He had to shut down the boiler to stop the water, but they were right back out the next morning to fix the breaks and and get the heat back on! I can't say enough good things about their emergency service on New Years day!
