  I walked in there twice over the past few weeks and was ignored. I called on the phone to ask a couple of questions and the sales rep could not give me a definitive answer on anything. His answer to every question was, “can’t do that.” What a waste of time?! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

  Whatever you do, don’t let them talk you into getting the wooden window bars that clip onto the outside of the windows, they’re junk, they don’t ever fit right, they never stay in, if you can’t wait for the bars inside the windows, don’t let them talk you Into the outer ones! What a waste of money
