- JBJason BehnkeNov 20, 20131.0Like the others before us, we have had a truly terrible experience with Invisible Fence of Northeastern NY. We have over 4 acres of Invisible Brand fencing and bought collars for our three dogs (over $1,300 in collars alone). 18 months later, one of them has broken and the company refuses to back up its product; saying that we need to purchase another near $400 collar. Efforts to reach the regional manager have been in vain, and we have called the local office, corporate office, and parent company just to get redirected back to one or the other. We have submitted a complaint to the BBB; it's been more than two weeks and they still have not responded. If you value customer service, I would highly recommend considering an alternate brand.
