- MMMom03boyz5 days ago5.0I called because my garage door opener wouldn't close the door at all. I had already gone through some attempts to solve the issue, but without success. Mike called me back at around 5 in the evening (great customer service!) and walked me through a few more troubleshooting ideas. It worked! My door is fixed! I learned more about my garage door, so that I can troubleshoot in the future, and I didn't need Mike to come out to fix a problem that was incredibly easy to correct on my own! I will only call this business from now on. Mike will be my first call when it comes time to replace my garage doors. I trust this company and recommend them highly!
