Passed me on the right hand side when the lane was ending. I was going the speed limit. This is acceptable? Absolutely not. I don’t usually make bad reviews but…wtf what if I had a child in the car. That’s utterly careless, because it’s Friday, they felt the need to put my life in jeopardy?! Gross.

John from their rental department (who answered the phone every time I called) was very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. The lift showed up on time (actually it was early, but Jeff, who delivered it, called me to make sure he dropped it off where I wanted it), worked well, and made the job a heck of a lot easier! If you are reading this, stop hesitating and rent the lift you need from United!
