Should be called “next year metal buildings”. Horrible experience. Ordered this in late July of last year (2025)finally got it installed mid March of this year. Ended up dealing with Pedro with NTC. They take your money and then say you have to hurry up with your paperwork to get on the schedule and then it’s one thing after the other and excuses of getting delayed. Install team was good but I had to demonstrate on how to properly level the building. I think they used to just slapping it together. In the end it came out fine, but I would not recommend this company.

I’ve been getting building quotes for ever.
I was looking for a 30x40x14
All the quotes look the same, says pretty much the same thing except this company.
I was almost tricked into buying a building from a NC company giving me a 14 gauge frame, low snow load, and a SINGLE LEG BASE RAIL!
I’m glad I went with though my quote with Next day first. They give you all the upgrades on their first quote- 12 gauge, upgraded snow load, double base rails because it’s their standard because they don’t want their name on something that’s going to fall apart.
You get a what you pay for and I love my new building.

Wish I could leave a 0 star rating, Absolutely terrible experience. Was looking to build a shop to work in, stating right from the start it needs to hold heat to protect my battery powered tools etc. We were sold prodex insulation which was supposed to be good for cold weather. From the first attempt at heating the garage we immediately called and said absolutely no heat retention was happening, within 5 minutes the building went back to abient air temps. Andrew said I must not be using big enough heaters and sent me a link to a 100,000btu heater and large fan (I was using a 135,000 btu salamander which heated the garage up to 70). Within 5 minutes of shutting heater off(yes I timed it multiple times) we were back to 20 degrees in the shop. Back and forth over the phone for a
Month, they said they forgot to install barriers at ends of buildings and over garage door. They came back once to look at it and then once to install the barrier, this changed nothing. Eventually Andrew sent me the spec sheet for the prodex insulation, it was not what was installed on my walls. At that point the real fun started. It was a finger pointing game between the manufacturer and the sales company we dealt with. Andrew said they’d come remove the bubble wrap, well the day someone was supposed to be there no one showed up and I had taken the day off work to be home multiple times at this point for them to “fix” their mistake. Or was it bait and switch? Highly suspicious. I removed the bubble wrap myself that day…. Well now 3 months later and over 600 emails back and forth I have not received a penny back and not only was I charged for the more expensive insulation and received 1/16” bubble wrap, I needed to remove the wrong stuff, and pay a separate company to spray foam the building. In order to spray foam everything in the building, thousands of dollars worth of tools, and equipment needed to be removed and
Put out in the elements while the building was sprayed. Currently I am out the initial cost of the insulation which was removed, and the cost of spray foam total out of pocket insulation cost is approximately $16000 and the company has not made any step to rectify this physically other than words which don’t go very far at this point. Very disappointed, and irate at this point. Do not use this company, if they screw up… which happens and is understandable they will not willingly fix their mistakes, which is inexcusable. They expected a check the minute they left, but I can’t get my money back with any urgency after 3 months of headache? This is a very abbreviated version of an absolute nightmare, buyer beware! Pictured below is “insulation” I was charged approximately $7000 for. UPDATE 3/9/26. Partial reimbursement received, waiting for a promised second check but seems to be not coming…more wasted time and more headache now. We’ve been strung out by this company for the last 3 months and instead of just doing the right thing they, choose to keep this going. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company!

Took my deposit. Never answered the phone again. "Mandee" disappeared. Got some guy Andrew from a cell phone sketchily sending expired generalized plans. Fake company. Stole my deposite ($4,000.00).

Great pricing and quality. Very happy with my the garage and siding that went up. Would definitely recommend using this company as many others seemed to try and rip me off but Andrew was straight to the point and crushed his competitors.
