I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome for our home. Two very intelligent men, a father son team, removed old and installed new. The wind was awful yesterday but they were on the job and getting it done. They were very professional and were able to adjust a bit in the installation. You may not believe it, but I can absolutely feel the difference in our home. I have a couple more windows that I need done and will certainly return to Window World.. Day after I'm pleased.

Prior to the replacement, the room was very drafty. After the install of the new windows, we've noticed a significant improvement in heat retention. Took video of the “smoke test,” doesn’t come out on phone… They leak like sieves-ALL of them. Use Pella or Renewal and thank me later. Elec bill has DOUBLED. Road noise, TRIPLED-minimum. Oh, and the installer stole something. I intentionally set it up due to a rumor and voilà, bait taken.

Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
