  While the initial service was strong and I was seriously considering going with them, I asked, what I thought, was a simple question about whether the carpet I chose had a green certification or, if not, which ones they had did. What I received was a very snarky one sentence response saying that if there were any toxins in their carpets they would be dead by now. If that is the way they handle questions or concerns, I would be worried about what happens if there is an install issue. I decided to take my business to another local company that is a little more expensive, but who were totally transparent and knowledgeable about which carpets were green friendly and who were not offended by such a straightforward ask.

  We could not be happier with the carpet installation we recently had on our stairs and landing. Ted's flooring & interior designs was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and precise with everything from our time spent with them in the showroom to the installation in our home. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Before and after pictures included.

  Welcomed into the store with sincerity and staff stopped what they were doing to assist me. They promised to call me once the floor sample arrives and I will love doing business with such a professional store.
