He guided us over numerous days of taking home in-store as well as ordered samples. We never felt rushed and appreciated the well curated and high quality of the store's offerings. The installation went smoothly and was a real pro job. Our new carpet makes us happy!

What I received was a very snarky one sentence response saying that if there were any toxins in their carpets they would be dead by now. If that is the way they handle questions or concerns, I would be worried about what happens if there is an install issue. I decided to take my business to another local company that is a little more expensive, but who were totally transparent and knowledgeable about which carpets were green friendly and who were not offended by such a straightforward ask.
