  Problems with heating zone controller. Tim diagnosed the issue, updated the firnware for the circuit board, and tested the system. Excellent work! We also had him replace a thermostat.

  I had an emergency when my heater stopped working right in the middle of winter. Thankfully, they came out immediately and got it running again in no time. Their service was top-notch—professional, prompt, and friendly—and their prices simply can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future heater or HVAC issues!

  It was an OK place to work, never micromanaged, just told what to do and left it up to myself to get it done. Only giving 2 stars for the fact that I am a service tech and not an installer and I kept aggravating a low back injury because Randy kept hiring people who would rather play on their phone or always wanted to stop to eat instead of working. Don't expect to get a word in when talking to Randy because he will interrupt you and talk over the top of you. Too much type A personality.
