  We used Empire Roofing for our house & we couldn’t have made a better choice - we were so impressed & satisfied with the work that he did my parents roof. My parents couldn’t be more happy!!! The customer service is like no other . Joe is extremely experienced & takes the time to explain & reassure the customer as he puts them first . Joe & his crew were considerate & cautious with everything they did especially with cleanup . They are honest & hardworking - which are qualities that are basically impossible to find . 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐆 will be my only choice each & everytime & I will continue to refer them to everyone I know . Job Well done & 100% Satisfaction. 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔 for being remarkable & reliable ‼️

  Major ice jam om my roof water getting into kitchen . Joe came over after finishing a job to assess the damage, came up with a game plan & he delivered. Very professional, knowledgeable & came over earlier than planned to get the job done on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend Joe!

  We experienced a tremendous amount of ice buildup on the back of our house and gutters from the last big snow storm and cold weather snaps that were all aware of here in Albany ny lol. Empire roofing was very quick to respond and priced extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Joe and his team to my closest friends and family.

  With little notice they were able to come out and clear the ice from the roof of my house during the winter as I had a ice dam which was diverting water into my house. He knew exactly what he was doing and got it done in a timely fashion. Honest and professional. Will be looking for a new roof in the future. I will definitely keep these guys in mind.

  When the owner of the Co. comes over to work on your roof that says something to me. Such is the case with Joe H. of Empire Rooing. He did the job like he was signing his name to it! The weather didn't deter him nor the conditions. He took the time to go over what he did & why he did it then gave me the time to answer any questions I had which I thought was great! To top it all off, he reached out later to give me additional information and to be sure I was happy with the job. Yes, I would definitely recommend Empire Roofing. Great job Joe!
