  I invited comfort windows, and doors into my home to replace doors and windows. My neighbor had work by them and raved about their treatment and respect to him in his household. My experience was the opposite upon arrival to my house the salesman trash, talked my home , then began giving me a long pitch which included badmouthing competitors like Anderson, windows, window, world, and Home Depot. Many of the facts the salesman provided have turned out to be false, which left me with the feeling he really did not have any knowledge or skill to what he was selling. It’s almost like he had a grudge against others for being let go for his lack of talent was my perception. The advertise financing special, which caught my eye on the television initiated. This potential upgrade was all smoking mirrors. The financing rates I was offered were exceptionally high. The first price I was given was a cash price when I asked about the financing. All the numbers became incredibly inflated and not just that three cents. You see at the gas pump. The following day I received a message from the sales person telling me he’ll offer me the cash price and a financing rate that was 7% higher than what was advertised on the television and confirmed by the appointment center. Two weeks later I receive another text from the salesman. One rejected and given him the reasons as mentioned above that I had no reason to believe any of his knowledge was true, and it lost faith in him. I began to receive less than professional texts. They were black eye to comfort windows and doors as much as I was curious to call the company asked for Fritz and say did you send me a bad sales person the return messages to me have killed that maybe you’ll have better luck but if they tell you, a guy named Craig is coming to do your estimate. I would highly suggest you ask for a more qualified Customer friendly person who can serve you in the best way for the time you were going to invest with them to give you a sales quote. To save you some time and effort the first person you deal with from them is nothing but a pre-qualifying sales person very small that a knowledge the time you have set aside to meet with them to get a quote for your home you will learn very quickly they need to send the second person out to actually measure the openings properly. Time is money time is valuable comfort windows and doors and Craig do not care any bit about your time your value. The only thing they care about is your dollar.

  Had three large sliding windows installed. The installers were prompt and professional. After the completion I had multiple revisits to track down why my new windows were draftier that the old windows. By the fourth visit it was found that the draft was coming through the weep holes. The fix at this time was to caulk one of the two weep holes in each window. This cut the draft back by alot but ofcourse the other weep holes were still letting through draft. One would think that the company would come remedy the issue by installing new weep hole covers. Many week later there has been no follow up and my 8400 dollar project has product with very poor functionality.

  Frank and his crew replaced 2 entry doors and installed a bay window. They were so professional and friendly. Frank kept us updated on the progress and they were so accommodating when they ran into unexpected issues that often arise with such projects. Can’t say enough about the attention to detail and all the actions they took to make the best of a less than great situations that came up. I am confident the adjustments they made are going to save us a lot headaches in the future. Totally appreciate them and it was a complete pleasure! Thank you!
