From start to finish, the communication was poor and incredibly inconsistent. I was given one timeline when I signed the contract, then watched that timeline get pushed back repeatedly with little explanation. When the crew finally did show up, the work felt rushed and sloppy. Several areas of the roof still looked uneven, and I even found leftover materials and debris around my yard after they left. Trying to get someone to come back out and address the issues took multiple calls and messages, and even then, the follow-up felt half-hearted. For the amount I paid, I expected professionalism and basic attention to detail — neither of which I received. I can only speak from my experience, but I would not hire Center Construction Roofing again and would recommend that others think twice before choosing them.
