- GGGriffinFeb 8, 20261.0Hospitalized, returned home to rest and ran out of propane on a Saturday. No 24/7 emergency service provided, no one to talk to, NOCO does not care and will just wash their hands of it. Competitors all do better, probably because they care about their customers

I took off of work according to what you had available which was a day and a half from today. I get a phone call from your company, today … stating other emergencies came up and you needed to cancel my appointment for Friday morning. I would have been a new customer with your company and because I am not considered important enough to keep your scheduled appointment, you’ve lost a potential customer.
