  Absolutely terrible experience with Shawood. The most disappointing part is that I was the very first Shawood homeowner in Temecula community, and my home/photos were even featured on their website. After proudly supporting the builder from the beginning, this is how I was treated. Over $100,000 in damages were caused to my vehicle and landscaping due to their subcontractor’s painting operations, and to this day nobody wants to take responsibility. Every single week the story changes. First one explanation, then another, then another. Despite eyewitnesses, video evidence, paint testing, and even statements from their own superintendent, the response has been nothing but deflection, delay tactics, and finger-pointing. Completely unacceptable level of project management and accountability from a builder handling multi-million dollar homes. After speaking with multiple neighbors, it is alarming how many defects and quality issues have surfaced in other Shawood homes as well. Yet the pattern appears to be the same — deny evidence, deflect responsibility, and drag issues out instead of addressing them head-on. If something goes wrong on your property, be prepared for endless excuses instead of answers... Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to learn more about the "shawood experience"

  Absolutely phenomenal! So many beautiful things to see and feel. So smartly designed with patios and decks on the east side of the Homes, helping keep the Vegas sun at bay. These Homes have full solar ability to create and store your own power. The most impressive New Home product I've seen.
