He diagnosed, identified and resolved the issue quickly. All the while being friendly and professional. Making the appointment via an AI phone attendant left me a little skeptical but it worked out pretty well.

In the report, he stated that we just didn’t know how to use the thermostat. After he left, we continued to have intermittent issues. Long story short, we ultimately ended up calling another HVAC company who took the time to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it. Very honest, but perhaps the technician was not very skilled in troubleshooting? We requested a refund since we had to hire someone else but they stated that they stand by their technician that nothing was wrong. Overall very disappointing service and we spent a weekend in the cold.

Our recent furnace installation was accomplished by Henry Torres and he did a great job. We noticed a small condensation leak in the vent pipe and Henry showed up the next day to correct the problem.

Some people may not like the AI assistant that answers when you call, but I thought it was rad! It was a perfect intro call collecting all of the basic info and then I receive a call back a little while after to schedule the appointment and they had availability the very next day. Andrew was our tech and he was super cool and got us taken care of. I highly recommend these guys. I’ll use them again in the future for sure!
