  We loved the technicians expertise and knowledge. His quality of work was absolutely fantastic. We would give a five star review if the price was more representative of the part supplied and installed. The $350 for furnace service was very reasonable but the $850 for installation of a igniter that cost less than $80 was extremely expensive. Great service but nearly $1200 for a $80 part and less than 3 hours of actual work is a little disappointing.

  Not only did Alex call and was able to come earlier than scheduled, he was efficient and friendly. He replaced a part and didn’t try to get us to buy a new furnace even though ours is from the 90’s. Highly recommend!

  Our furnace went out during the recent snowfall. Called Lincoln to troubleshoot the issue. We were very satisfied with their service. Deondre, the tech, was very efficient in finding the problem. He was friendly and patiently answerdd my questions and explained the problem and how he planned to fix it. I also appreciate him taking photos as part of his report. Lincoln's front office was friendly and communicated well. I would definitely use them again.

  Overall rating: 3-3.5 out of 5 for blower motor replacement from heating unit. No parts have been replaced since we've had the unit. The new part was ordered and installed. He was thorough from start to finish. Cory tested the heater (Testsed at 74 degrees) after replacing it to make sure that it was working properly. I think that the only problem we had during the repair was that Cory coughed a few times inside the home without wearing a mask. A family member that was present during the repair had some concern because they have some health problems. He also did great diagnosing the problem with the heating unit, providing a quote.

  We noticed a buzzing/humming sound coming from the heating unit in the attic. I made an appointment online for Monday between 8:00-12:00. Cory called me at 8:07 to let me know he was in the way to my location. He arrived promptly, listened to what I had experienced and went right to work. He retrieved a ladder and tools from his truck and climbed up into the attic to troubleshoot the problem. Moments later returned and informed me that the transformer was making the noise and that he had that part available on his truck and quoted me the entire cost of the service. I told him to go ahead and replace it. He completed the work in a timely manner and was professional, respectful and polite throughout my entire interaction with him. Great job to the Lincoln Heating crew, thank you.
