The technicians and people we have talked to have been great. My wife has been very pleased with their service and all of the humans she has talked to.
However, they have moved their call answering service to a weird AI system. It has simulated background noise so it sounds like an office, the voice told my wife his name was Dane and she could ask for him, it even added pauses when "looking up information." However, it was a creepy AI bot, using her name too frequently, then using an entirely different, random name for the back half of the call. We were calling about a recent repair that appeared to need a revisit and "Dane" told us that there would be a minimum charge for them to check on their own work. This was the least human interaction with a company I've ever been a part of and the effort the system put in to make it sound authentic just felt deceptive and weird. Get a voicemail box or be upfront about using an automated assistant. Deceptive interactions just make me feel less confident about other areas of their work.

Very happy with this company. Professional, helpful and thorough during the entire process. Quote was informative and answered all my questions. The technicians who installed the HVAC system were amazing. They did a complicated installation, did a great job and cleaned up so thoroughly when finished. They weren’t the lowest price but the equipment and warranty were better. The price was more than fair for all the work done.

Scheduled an appointment with their AI but they still called to confirm the details. The technician called me the morning of the appointment because of a cancellation and was able to come to my house three hours early! Lincoln sent me a text with a photo of the tech and a short bio so I knew who was coming to our house. Technician (Cory) was timely and polite and had our heater back to working in an hour. Very satisfied with the service and will be using Lincoln from now on!

I was told I would receive a call when technicians were leaving yard. I did not receive any call. Was not happy with the air filter and lack of knowledge by techs. I was told I could buy a roll of filter material and cut it to fit my needs. Was left with book on furnace however the unit model number, unit serial number nor any pertinent info was NOT noted in space provided under heading of installation checklist. I am fair, the technician’s were pleasant and helpful with task out of scope of work. I have no idea what the BTU’s are. Nothing in paperwork. Inspector just left my house and told me permit is supposed to be posted on home by company pulling permit. Lincoln told me that inspector would give me all my paperwork and provide serial number and model number. Inspector said I should have received all paperwork from Lincoln. Christie is who told me that inspector will provide permits and information. Lack of transparency leaves a lot of questions.
