  Had a visit from Sean Hughes today as our technician. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He brought out a part which had been ordered for our heater and changed it out discovering the replaced part was not in fact the faulty part. It turned out to be a part that was often misdiagnosed, so he quickly got us up and running and got the correct part ordered. Thanks again DeHart!

  Excellent visit. I was looking for a new HVAC variable speed system and Michael was well versed on the subject. He arrived right on time, inspected my existing set-up, and made recommendations according to my needs. The price was right and I ordered the new system. Very impressed with Michael and the company.

  Very polite, professional, clean cut. Very thorough on the service and inspection. Explained what he was going to do, took pictures of the ducts, etc. Explain what is recommended, and why, no pressure.

  Great experience with DeHart. I had a main sewer line clog, and Javier arrived and got everything cleared through the cleanout within about 20 minutes. The pricing was exactly what I’m used to and was clearly communicated upfront, which I really appreciated. He was efficient, professional, and had everything back up and running quickly. Would definitely use them again.

  Toasty (John) is incredible. I called him in after having “Nevada Heating And Air” come by and misdiagnose my air conditioner. They used every manipulative trick in the book to upsell me on a new $12,000.00 air conditioner with install. He came by with the same analytical equipment as they brought, same app, and found that my AC was perfectly fine! He noted that it wasn’t in perfect shape, but had several avenues to save me money, retain what I have, or replace. I will go to Toasty (John) for any and all of my HVAC needs. It feels such a welcome change to feel trust when you are at a weak moment, especially after my negative experience with “Nevada Heating And Air”. I paid him 50$ as a tip but he didn’t even charge me for his time! Thanks Toasty!
