  I highly recommend Thompsons Garage Door company. I was so pleased at the quick response I received from Thompsons Garage Doors company. Corey, the scheduler was amazing, he sent Timothy out the same day to fix my Garage. The following day upon Corey receiving authorization from my insurance company, Corey sent Kenneth to finish the job. Both repair men provided excellent service. They were kind, courteous and very professional. The company deserves a 10 out of 10 rating.

  Great service. Spring broke and both vehicles were stuck inside. We received service within an hour of calling. Lucas was amazing, very polite, professional, and a very nice guy. Had a great conversation with him as he worked. He made great recommendations and my garage door opens and closes better and much quieter than ever. Thanks Lucas and A1.

  Today our garage door spring broke and it happened to be Saturday. Contacted A1 Garage Door Service and described my problem. They set me up an appointment the very same day with a 2 hour time frame to send out a technician. Nestor the technician called ahead of time and was very prompt. Upon his arrival, he was very courteous,and Proffessional. I showed him the problem and he explained in detail exactly what he was going to do. He had all the materials on his work van and also offered different options and prices. Nestor is an extremely, knowledgeable and energetic person and a Great asset to A1 Garage Door Service. Thank You Again Nestor for a GREAT JOB!!!

  We had a problem with our 2-car garage door; it wouldn't close because of a couple of panels that were starting to sag. I called A1 Garage Door because we had used them before for general tune-up services. Our technician, Nestor, showed up promptly and was kind, courteous, and professional during his visit. He ended up reinforcing the garage door with a couple of brackets and explained to me every step of the way exactly what he was doing. He did explain to me that this would only be a temporary fix and that I'd need to invest in new garage doors down the line. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to "hard-sell" me on new garage doors. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service, and I'll be contacting A1 Garage again when the time comes to replace our doors. Nestor gets an A+++ - Great job!!
