  The technician, Hayden was very friendly efficient and considerate. He did a great job, inspecting my heating and AC system and cleaned the units nicely. I will make needed repairs when I can afford. Hayden did not pressure me to commit beyond my means. We agreed to make minimal repairs to the AC condenser, to keep my unit working. I appreciate that great service. I joined the Sierra rewards program and look forward to working with Sierra for heating and plumbing. Thanks for being respectful and considerate. Great Service!

  We recently signed a service agreement with Sierra Air. We called them when we had a problem and although we had to wait 4 days for service (a weekend was involved) Cirilo was extremely thorough and helpful at explaining what the problem was. He spent a good hour and charged us the basic service charge. Our furnace was installed by a different vendor and although our problem is not fully resolved, he helped lay out our options for solving the issue. We felt we got very good service.

  I called for an emergency service for our water heater completely giving out. Alex came out, turned off all valves and explained what the replacement process would look like, and typed up an estimate with military discount, water heater discount, and membership discount! Alex came the very next day, replaced the 50gal tank, and all other connections including the stand the tank was on. Alex was transparent and did not upsell anything. He was very knowledgeable on the replacement, financing, and the membership program. Lastly, he responded through text very quickly anytime we had questions before, during, and after the service.

  . This was a horrible experience. I called him because my old furnace was making a noise. They said my old furnace had a crack heater exchange and it was gonna cost $5000 to fix it. They sold me on a new Furnace. The next day they showed up with an American Standard furnace to install. At the end of the day it was missing parts and had no paperwork that came in the box with it. They had to go back to their shop and take a part off a furnace from their shop that they train their apprentices on. The service tech said he did not recommend American Standard and he would have put a carrier in very interesting. They scratched my driveway up taking the old furnace out. They oversprayed my house when painting the exhaust pipe They blew out the siding when they put the drain pipe out the siding. Did not paint drainpipe one pipe is white today the other one's been painted. They also installed the pump in front of the furnace where you could not access it to service it and did not pick their mess up at the end of the job. Mr. Hill the manager did nothing but CYA insurance.

  Their plumbing tech Chris was very knowledgeable and with the skill necessary to complete the leaking individual hot, cold water valves along with the "center valve" which feeds water to the shower head that was also in disrepair. In addition to being very professional he took the time to explain his findings and then what he did to correct the items in disrepair. Two years ago a competitor plumbing company came here twice to correct basically the same issues, but ended up making them only worse over time. The techs for this company also did not take the time to explain to me what they found nor how they were going to fix my bathtub valves.
