  We called on Monday expecting to wait several days and we had an appointment the next day even though it wasn’t an emergency from the Reno office. Ryan and Hugo were here on time and looking very professional. They explained everything they were going to and how much it was going to cost. When they finished they left the furnace area as clean if not cleaner then when they started. I highly recommend Riley Plumbing and Heating and also Ryan and Hugo.

  We had Kirk with Riley Plumbing give us a quote on Monday and they were able to do the work that Wednesday. My home owners insurance required us to install a Moen Smart Flo water turn off. I ordered the part online, mistakenly got the wrong size but they were unfazed and able to accommodate it. We had to devise a “creative” solution with my classic wonky Tahoe home and I’m very pleased with the end result. Andrew Helwig lead the project with an assistant, Casey Cribbins. They were both professional, timely, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will definitely have Riley Plumbing be my first call next time I need a plumber or maintenance on my wall heater.

  Very disappointed. I was never told about a $125 service call fee just for someone to show up. Then I was quoted $600 to snake a drain—far higher than the $80–$100 I’ve paid elsewhere. I declined and was still charged $125 for a 5-minute visit. As a single mom on a tight budget, this kind of lack of transparency and pricing is incredibly frustrating. Feels very misleading and overpriced. ***Update*** The company reached out and reviewed the situation, and confirmed the $125 service call fee was not disclosed during booking. They issued a full refund, which I appreciate. I still believe pricing transparency upfront is very important. I ended up going with another local company (DeHart) that offered the service for $89 with a camera inspection included.

  Casey and Aiden did an excellent job with plumbing leak detection at my home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. They worked carefully to locate the source of the leak without causing unnecessary damage. Casey was very thorough, checking multiple areas and making sure nothing was overlooked, while Aiden handled the equipment confidently and helped narrow down the exact location of the problem. Their teamwork made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Once they found the leak, they explained what caused it, how serious it was, and what steps would be needed to fix it. They also gave helpful advice on preventing future issues, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service Casey and Aiden provided. If you need reliable plumbing leak detection, I would definitely recommend them.
