- JLJason LognionMar 11, 20265.0I walked in unannounced today but was greeted by a friendly staff. They gave me a few minutes of their time and had a nice conversation with Mac and another team member. Highly recommend this company.
- TDToni DuBreuilFeb 11, 20262.0I had PLANNED to use this company to replace some doors in my home. Life circumstances changed and now my family cannot afford it. I have told the sales representative this THREE SEPERATE TIMES. They will NOT stop calling me and now, today, February 11th, 2026, I repeated myself for a fourth time to the sales representative, only for him to respond with "are you going to let me finish?" No, sir. As a matter of fact, I am not. I will now NOT be using this compant for any work on my home. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is so that the company couldn't have it removed as a false review. Tread with caution when even expressing INTEREST in having them work on your home. PLEASE find a better way to update your systems. Since posting this review i have been called 6 more times.
- RRRyanDec 31, 20251.0DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I sent a few companies a request for quotes for a patio cover. The patio cover was completed by a separate local company over a year ago. I get daily calls from Quality First Home Improvement from different\private numbers at dinner time. Asking to be removed from their list does not change anything. Last company I would ever do business with.

We were expecting a difference in our energy bill, which remained about the same while everyone else's bill was rising a lot. What we didn't expect was the significan noise reduction. The road behind our backyard is a semi-trailer thoroughfare. The windows reduced the noise to a low rumble, more felt than heard. Excellent quality, beautiful appearance, and practical construction (cleaning, opening, and closing). We just purchased exterior doors because we were so impressed.
