  Austin, Eric and Mike installed my windows and new sliders and they did an excellent job! They were very efficient and made the whole process easy. Everyone in the office I communicated with was great, I would recommend!

  Patrick came to our home and measured everything out for the new windows. He was meticulous in his measurements, was very interested in what we were wanting to change or upgrade, and suggested things that would make our home better! There is a bit of a wait he said for the windows to be custom ordered and manufactured. A couple of months and everything was ready to be installed and the gentlemen showed up for their appt to install. I am a very hands on guy and watched closely the process. They were careful not to make a mess during the upgrading and installing and were also very curious and professional. Everything went well and in a couple of days it was all done! After they left I began painting our house for the winter months and as I was painting I noticed the caulking and rest of the installation of the windows. They did a great job!!!! I recommend them highly for your window upgrades! Half the price of Windows by Andersen and quality too! Real quality! Thanks Patrick! Thanks Brandon!

  Branden, Austin and Eric were the installers today. They were at my house early and got to work efficiently. I was surprised how fast they installed the 10 windows. They were also organized and friendly while maintaining professionalism. I thought I was in for a long and overstimulating day. It was not at all. Thank you all!

  I give the installers - Austin, Mike and Eric - Six Stars - I give the company it self - Three Stars because lead time and scheduling is very questionable. I had to call the sales person and the company it self to beg for my windows to be installed on the earlier side of the 11 to 16 week lead time because I found out I need to have surgery towards the end of their lead time. I was treated like I should be the grateful one and my business was not appreciated. Seven windows is not a shabby purchase. I would like to have the other half of my house done in the spring. I will have to place my order in February and hope it will get done by the end of Spring (June). I do not treat any of my customers like that at either one of my jobs. I am concerned that if I have any problems with these windows during the upcoming winter - what is the lead time and will I be treated poorly then too. 😐 Reply to Window Worlds Response to my review: I truly feel as if I did not push for an earlier date, this job would have went to the 16 week end of the contract and I would have been trying to recover from surgery while the construction was happening. When I learned that I going to be unavailable for the later part of this agreement I did call three time in five days. Vikki, you did get back to me once and the office manager got back to me once. It was handled and scheduled within a two week period. I do appreciate your efforts and the fact that the windows showed up in the warehouse. Please let me know if you are to offended to do the other 5 to 7 windows in the spring. So, I can get moving on some other bids and planning. Thank you.
