  I’d like to recognize Gabby and her exceptional customer service! Although we ended up needing to cancel our shed order, it had absolutely nothing do with the shed itself or Gabby’s service. She went above and beyond at every point of contact. She stayed late to help me, followed up often and in just the right ways, and even thought to ask questions and suggest changes I didn’t think about. When it’s finally the right time to get our shed, we’ll be sure to work with Gabby and Tuff Shed!

  I haven't received my shed yet, but Gabby was very helpful with assisting me in ordering one that would meet my needs. She was patient, understanding, and communicative with me while I figured out what extras to put on my shed such as a window, double-doors, shingles, etc. based on what I may need in the future. She also helped me find the best fit for my budget. Gabby is very friendly and knowledgeable and will do her best to make sure that you are set up for the long run.

  The Tuff Shed Reno team made our purchase a great experience. We had a Tuff Shed in another state and with such great prior service, went right back to Tuff Shed here in Reno, NV. The office team Jennifer, Gwen, Dannett were professional, friendly and efficient. The builders came in and we had a shed! It was all wonderful, fast and efficient. We would completely recommend the Reno Tuff Shed. Thanks to all!

  The entire Tuff Shed experience was exceptional. From just looking at choices in the shop/showroom to the final shed. The sales staff were very helpful and took extra time to explain the choices and the best prices. Our shed is made with exceptional quality. We did our research ahead of time and decided on Tuff Shed as the best quality and price. The installers were very knowledgeable and and worked with us and the weather to get the shed up, making sure it would be installed securely, as the weather conditions were a factor. They ensured we had the correct base under our shed to ensure stability over time. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Tuff Shed over all the other sheds out there.   Tuff Shed personnel excellent communication and work ethic. Easy to select what was appropriate for us. Workers came in and completed building in one day. Completed clean up and were gone before dark. Highly recommend Tuff Shed for your storage needs.
