Starting with Alyssa, who provided administrative and scheduling support, she was friendly, responsive, and extremely professional. Dallin was the team member who came out and provided an estimate and then completed the job the next day. Dallin was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely processional! I will definitely use this company again!!!

However, the invoice was staggering, compared to other local plumbers, inordinately high considering the very minor labor involved and a job that took less than an hour. I recognize we had an after hours call on a holiday so I can understand slight fee, but over $530.00 for one single fix in one short visit seems truly exorbitant, even for Tahoe. Our tech was Justice and he was great, very respectful and professional.
