- RRRyanDec 31, 20251.0DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I sent a few companies a request for quotes for a patio cover. The patio cover was completed by a separate local company over a year ago. I get daily calls from Quality First Home Improvement from different\private numbers at dinner time. Asking to be removed from their list does not change anything. Last company I would ever do business with.

We were expecting a difference in our energy bill, which remained about the same while everyone else's bill was rising a lot. What we didn't expect was the significan noise reduction. The road behind our backyard is a semi-trailer thoroughfare. The windows reduced the noise to a low rumble, more felt than heard. Excellent quality, beautiful appearance, and practical construction (cleaning, opening, and closing). We just purchased exterior doors because we were so impressed.

He is a vet so we immediately connected 🙂 Then he quoted our 14 window replacement and it was very competitive! One of our requests was to replace two picture windows with ones that opened. Again the quote was competitive! He ordered our windows and when they arrived he scheduled our install. Brandon and the crew came to install the windows and they worked hard for two days getting them installed to perfection! The thing that amazed me was that I planned on painting our house after the window installation myself. Well when I started to paint, I noticed the quality in their workmanship! It was easy to paint around the windows because the caulking was done well and made painting easier! Over all, their work from beginning to end was top notch and half the cost of our local Anderson guy!!! I recommend them highly!! Thanks Window World of Reno!! Thanks Patrick and Brandon and crew!!
- JMJosh MathewsSep 12, 20251.0I had a consultation about a year ago because I was interested in new windows and HVAC. I did not move forward because it is currently out of my price range. I informed them that I will reach out when I'm ready. Since then, I have been called repeatedly with sales calls and every time ask them nicely to please remove me from their list and I will reach out to them when I'm ready. I just got yet ANOTHER CALL and the sales woman was rude, scoffed and just hung up the phone. I can't speak to the service they do, but the sales team is rude, relentless, and does not respect my wishes to be left alone and I am very upset about their repeated attempts to sell me after I have said NO!!!! Needless to say, when I do get my windows and HVAC done I will NOT being through them because of this alone.
