  Quality First ProVida windows were installed in October of 2023. We were expecting a difference in our energy bill, which remained about the same while everyone else's bill was rising a lot. What we didn't expect was the significan noise reduction. The road behind our backyard is a semi-trailer thoroughfare. The windows reduced the noise to a low rumble, more felt than heard. Excellent quality, beautiful appearance, and practical construction (cleaning, opening, and closing). We just purchased exterior doors because we were so impressed.

  Patrick came to our home and measured, checked, and then educated me on window replacement. He is a vet so we immediately connected 🙂 Then he quoted our 14 window replacement and it was very competitive! One of our requests was to replace two picture windows with ones that opened. Again the quote was competitive! He ordered our windows and when they arrived he scheduled our install. Brandon and the crew came to install the windows and they worked hard for two days getting them installed to perfection! The thing that amazed me was that I planned on painting our house after the window installation myself. Well when I started to paint, I noticed the quality in their workmanship! It was easy to paint around the windows because the caulking was done well and made painting easier! Over all, their work from beginning to end was top notch and half the cost of our local Anderson guy!!! I recommend them highly!! Thanks Window World of Reno!! Thanks Patrick and Brandon and crew!!

  I had a consultation about a year ago because I was interested in new windows and HVAC. I did not move forward because it is currently out of my price range. I informed them that I will reach out when I'm ready. Since then, I have been called repeatedly with sales calls and every time ask them nicely to please remove me from their list and I will reach out to them when I'm ready. I just got yet ANOTHER CALL and the sales woman was rude, scoffed and just hung up the phone. I can't speak to the service they do, but the sales team is rude, relentless, and does not respect my wishes to be left alone and I am very upset about their repeated attempts to sell me after I have said NO!!!! Needless to say, when I do get my windows and HVAC done I will NOT being through them because of this alone.

  Trevor Tobie,when he showed up ,I was looking for windows, couldn't do another winter with my old windows, they've showed there wear. Seven windows later and great installation work my a/c works better this summer, haven't felt the breeze sitting by my couch.Thanks to Trevor, and his installation team.

  I just had new windows put in and wanted to give my honest thoughts on the process dealing with the guys from Quality First. my initial contact was with Marc and Eric from the sales team, and they were both extremely helpful. they were very patient and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Marc has been responsive to all of my messages or phone calls from that first sales meeting all the way through the project and even after it was completed. every time I had a question Marc and Eric were quick to respond and were always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. the installation crew consisted of a team of 4 guys led by Nick, and they shocked me at how quickly they got the job done whilst maintaining such a high level of quality for the installation of the windows. in my experience fast usually means cutting corners and sacrificing quality by not doing it right. but I was present during the entire installation and was able to see with my own eyes that these guys had the experience and the skills which allowed them to not only move quickly but they missed nothing. high quality sealants and foam were used on every window; the windows were level and functioned perfectly and the finish details were so good I could not find a mistake even under my hardest scrutiny. this is my first experience with a major house project where I can honestly say I had a really positive experience from beginning to end. I found everyone I dealt with in the company to be friendly and responsive and most of all 100% honest. I can say with certainty that if you trust them with your project, you will not be disappointed.
