The technician who serviced our HVAC system was very unprofessional and we were charged for 3 hours of service when he was there less than one.

I have used Pinnicle now for the past 11 year’s both for business and residential and have found them to be extremely reliable and professional. They have always been responsive to my issues and very fair and reasonable in their billing. I can without any reservations endorse Pinnicle Heating and will continue to use them as needed.

I called because my air conditioner unit outside was running awesome for about an hour then slowly the cooling fan would stop turning in the system would shut off. I'm not the homeowner so I called the repairman and gave them the phone number for my landlord for billing. The repairman came out turned off the circuit breaker to my air conditioning unit and left the pump running inside of the house circulating air still. Then called my landlord told him the repair was going to be $5,000 for a new unit. I called the repairman back and ask him what he found while he was at my house. The repairman told me that my air conditioner was completely inoperable and when I asked him why he turned off the circuit breaker to the air conditioner he called me a liar and hung up on me. When I got home from work it took me about 15 minutes to identify the problem which was the motor for the fan Kama I called Northern Nevada Supply and ordered it which was $90. It took about an hour for me to go get the part and install it into the air conditioning unit and two years later it still runs like a champ. When I called the owner of the company to talk about the repairman lack of service while he was at my house, turned off the circuit breaker and left the circulation pump still running, I told the owner that it only took me an hour to fix the unit and I have no training in the HVAC. I informed the owner of the company that all it took was a "rescue" motor in that his company could have made a few hundred dollars off of doing the actual repair. The owner told me that they don't repair air conditioners. That replacing the fan motor in an air conditioner is a temporary fix and that usually the entire unit needs to be replaced. So in hole the repairman tried to rip off my landlord and the owner of the company backed him up. It cost me a grand total of $97 all told with gas to get to The Parts House and maybe an hour and a half of my time to repair it what should have equal a $300 repair Bill and not a $5,000 replacement estimate. So in short if you're going to replace your air conditioner anyway regardless of its condition maybe you can call these people and they can install it I have no idea of how their actual work is. But if you're looking for a repair this probably is not the place to go.

I'm a local Purchasing Manager. I found Pinnacle HVAC to be one of the shadiest suppliers I have ever encountered. I had 2 competing bids already and requested the owner to provide a quote to replace 6 unit heaters. Ken, insisted to inspect the 12 year old heaters needing replacement. No requests for payment were made at any time. The Pinnacle quote was double the price of 2 other reputable suppliers so Pinnacle was not used. An invoice for $1,100 showed up for the inspection without any verbal or written authorization. The payment was denied for that specific reason. Pinnacle's owner Ken has ZERO business ethics. No decent HVAC company charges $1,100 for an inspection without communicating to the CUSTOMER. The owner's assertion was that it took 16 man hours to inspect 6 old Reznor heaters (2'x3' in size) is ludicrous. The other companies inspected all 6 heaters in less than 1 hour. My recommendation is to steer clear of Pinnacle HVAC.

Air Conditioning HVAC Heating Repair did an excellent job for us last week when our ac broke down. My husband and I bought an apartment complex awhile ago near plumb lane and the complex AC unit broke down. We have had nothing but problems with this property since we bought it, luckily Air Conditioning HVAC Heating Repair came to our rescue and had it fixed in under 24 hours. Quick, reliable and effective - what else could you ask for?
