  I know, I know....AND, this place DESERVES five stars! Communication was great and constant, staff were courteous and professional from workers to office staff, and the price was beyond reasonable for the excellent job they did! Would definitely use them again! If you need your floors refinished, do yourself a favor and let these pros do the work!! I will NEVER be able to thank these folks enough for the amazing job they did! Picture details: (Second picture is before they started, picture with blue tape is them showing us the stain to approve and other two pics are after. They came out SO BEAUTIFUL!!)

  Loving my floors!! My old oak flooring needed a good deal of work to restore and repair. The team at Northern Nevada Hardwood did an outstanding job! Their skill, expertise and workmanship are evident throughout. Everyone was kind and professional as well. Thank you so much for helping to making my remodel so beautiful.

  I would use Northern Nevada Hardwood Floors again in a heartbeat. They were very accommodating and I was even able to move my appointment up after a cancelation and they worked with me on splitting up the payment with the adjustment of the timeline. I only did refinishing as the hardwood was already installed under the carpet. Even with years of pets and stains in the floors, you can't even tell there were any marks from before. The quality of work is superb, I get compliments every time someone walks through the door. There were even damages from an old stair chair screwed into the hardwood and it is barely visible that there were holes in the floor before. Also- there were some spots of filler that spilled onto my porch that I reached out to them about. They had someone come out to clean it up right away. It is water soluble, so they could have had me try to wash it off but they still sent someone out to help clean it up. They are truly an amazing company.

  After my realtor walked the house with one of their representatives I received an estimate for the refinishing. However, there was a clause that stated "ANY REPAIRS TO BE BILLED AT $75.00 PER HOUR FOR TIME AND MATERIALS". When I called to ask them how long it would take for the repairs, the woman on the line suggested that I meet with the representative at the house to go over the details. We made an appointment for a specific date and a specific time. (Since I work a F/T job I scheduled to meet him during my lunch hour.) When I arrived ON TIME for the appointment my maintenance man said that the representative arrived about 45 minutes earlier and that he had just left. Needless to say I didn't use this company to refinish my floors.
