I contacted Savanah in Reno and discovered the flooring I purchased over 15 years ago from Lumber Liquidators has been discontinued. Savanah was very encouraging and called me back 2 times with updates while trying to locate some. She is sending me a sample to compare with my existing flooring. Hopefully this works. She is very dedicated to her job and works diligently to satisfy the customer.
