  Avoid this company. Unfortunately had a nightmare of an experience with this company from unprofessional customer service (using unsanitary gloves while working on the inside of toilets and using them on my door handles after, touching countertops, walls etc) where a team member became very upset when I ask them to take their gloves off when they were done working on unsanitary pipes and more. This team member was so upset they left and never came back. This unfortunately was only the start of it. I asked for a quote to make sure things were transparent to move forward with approving work. I let them know exactly how I needed a job done. Unfortunately, they did the job incorrectly due to lack of experience and understanding of the job. They acted like they knew exactly what to do but unfortunately they didn't. This was simply installing a toilet. Just a toilet. During the same job, I had asked them for a quote to simply install a shower valve and a shower handle. They installed the valve incorrectly to the point that they had to replace it with a different one and they as well install the handle incorrectly to the point that they drilled two holes into tile that were in the wrong place. Simply from not measuring and following instructions. They had an apprentice that argued with me when I suggested putting Teflon tape on the threads for the shower head. Stated it did not need to be done then turned on the pressure of the shower and it started leaking and had to start over again. This type of inexperience. This company attempted to charge me $90 an hour for this apprentice to sit around and or do basic things incorrectly. You can see this invoice in the photos. While trying to find a solution to these problems, their service manager Rodney decided to send this invoice that was conducted less than a month prior to collections with rhetoric claiming a false interaction they had with me. Simply lied. So if this is a company that you are looking into to have service your job, I would highly recommend seeking another company as there are many other quality options out there and this team from every aspect of the job did not know what they were doing, handled it in professionally and try to charge us far above the quoted price and have us pay for an apprentice to sit around and watch.

  Rodney and team did an exceptional job with our home improvement projects! They were very responsive and completed the work in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable for the work they did. My wife and I would certainly recommend them for any contracting needs.

  My disposal clogged up. Johnson responded right away with a quote which was very reasonable. Once I agreed the plumbers were at my house within an hour. They were very efficient, figured out the problem right away and fixed it within an hour. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased.’hy
