- NNNative NevadanJan 22, 20261.0*** Bought a Sub-Zero refrigerator, freezer, a wolf oven, wolf stove hood and a wolf microwave. The outside and inside of the refrigerator was delivered scratch, dented and damaged. And they installed it like that. The refrigerator did not have the correct stainless steel outer door and when they delivered the replacement it was dented again. They delivered another replacement it was dented again and there were scratches all over the inside of the refrigerator and they refused to replace it. There was was a big dent in the microwave bottom panel, Ferguson failed provide any support. Still waiting to get that replaced through Wolf warranty service. Have to blame Ferguson for whatever they did to damage everything when they were delivering and installing. Then they wouldn't fix it. Was disturbing that every time we phoned them they said they would call back and help us get this repaired but they would never return the calls and we called them multiple times over about nine months. ***
