- NPNV PatriotApr 21, 20251.0Had an overlay done about a year ago for a patio. There were no guarantees, but "should" hold up just fine, low traffic area and they have a cement additive. After a year, we see why, dozens of large cracks and chunking! Should have gone elsewhere and spent a little more for pavers! Had he been more honest and up front, we would been able to make a better and more informed decision, being candid and honest is Paramount to customer service. Quite deceptive, VERY disappointed! Too bad, our $5,000 project looked wonderful for several months. Small businesses rely upon word of mouth. Honesty and customer service are what consumers look for with a local business. A big box store or nationwide company we would have lower expectations. Not so with a local small company. Quite disappointing! We hope this review helps others if they are considering a patio resurfacing.
