I needed only a simple hand truck to load a van, but Lantz treated me as if I were renting high-dollar heavy machinery. He offered me exactly what I needed, when I needed it and at a very modest price. He and his associates we remarkably quick, cheerful and helpful. For me, customer service is everything and these guys have it. If I ever find myself in Vegas with another rental need, I now know where to go; there’s just no need to look further.
