The work was supposed to be out 3 months and when I disagreed with how long the work was going to take. Ben, made sure to complete my work within a month. When the time came for the work to start, his crew was very professional and on time. The fence looks great and was done in two days. Constant sighs of boredom and frustration were clearly heard while we explained what we wanted. We were told not to bother coming into the store, because there is nothing there. Our request for an automatic gate was simple. We wanted what was pictured on their website. It would be 10 days before an estimator could come out. The day before the appointment, the technician called and had no idea what the project was. Once again, we explained it, only to have him say he doesn’t do automatic gates. It is obvious there is a communication problem between reception and technician. For a job this size, professionalism is crucial. We have taken our business elsewhere.
