  My 5 ton AC unit faded away the first day of March heat over 90 degrees. The next week, I met with 7 different companies and received quotes that were well over 16k for AC & furnace. I can say that some were not ones for me to do business with. Then, luck shined on me when I met with Reliable Technical Solutions. They are the real deal. Outstanding service. Issam came by 3 times after install to ensure everything was set correctly after settling in after install. He is an honest, talented, man of his word. Give him the opportunity to quote your job. I did and I’m glad I did.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly figured out the problem without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. He explained everything clearly and had my AC running again within an hour. Their prices were fair, customer service was great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that’s this honest and reliable — I’ll definitely be using RTSComfort again and recommending them to friends and family.
